Creating Your VTuber Personality
Two-Week Workshop, Dates Offered:
Session 4 (8/5/24–8/16/24)
Tuition: $2099
VTubers, short for “Virtual YouTubers,” are digital personas created with computer-generated avatars and voice-synthesis technology. These new-age entertainers can engage huge online audiences, which is why learning to thrive in this creative field also includes mastering online safety and privacy, as well.
This Innovators workshop introduces students to the intricacies of VTubing, covering avatar creation, voice acting and synthesis, audience engagement, and online safety in a safe, structured environment. Instructors will guide students each step of the way, ensuring students are equipped to adapt to a fast-moving digital entertainment landscape.
By the end of the course, students will have the technical and practical skills to create their own VTuber personas and begin creating content for online audiences.
Projects in this workshop may include: Creating their own VTuber persona and creating their own set of chat emotes for their character.
